FROM NORTH:
Take I95 south to Miami Gardens Exit. At bottom of ramp make left onto Miami Gardens going east. Go about four miles to Biscayne Blvd. and make right. Get on left immediately and go just one block (at light) make left. Follow road along the lake to end and make right stopping at Guard Gate. The first building on the left past the marina is the 7000 Building "Villa Marina".

FROM SOUTH:
Miami Gardens is 183rd St. Take either Biscayne or 95 north.

From A1A take 163rd St. west and go west to Biscayne Blvd. Make right onto Biscayne. Go north to 183rd St and follow road along the lake to end and make right stopping at Guard Gate. The first building on the left is the 7000 Building "Villa Marina".
